Collaborative Care Platform

The CoZo app is intended for doctors and patients.

Before you can use the app you have to go through a one-time registration procedure:

go to the CoZo.be website on your computer, log in with your eID and PIN code, then go to "My CoZo", click on "Mobile" and follow the further instructions.

CoZo stands for Collaborative Care Platform

It is a platform for cooperation between healthcare consumers, healthcare providers and healthcare actors with the mission to improve the flow of information and thus improve the healthcare process.

It has grown from an open vision with regard to care for the future, with respect for the individuality of each partner and with due regard for maximum security and protection of privacy towards the patient.
