Our target audience is the millions of people around the United States in recovery from substance abuse disorder. The app's main purpose is to engage our target population, directing them to scheduled programming, on demand videos, and an interactive community of support. The app includes a scheduling function for participants to engage with in-person and online fitness classes, a social wall for participants to support each other's recovery journey and on demand workout videos for participants to learn from.
