Survival Guide from Leuven

新地方新来者的生存指南。

This app have been created based on my 10 years experience of visiting Leuven and a lot of cases which already happen: In Caffe Belge on 25/12/2017 have been stolen 3 phones at once from 3 persons. They live their phones in unattended cover coats. Also in Giraffe Cafe I have seen as one of visitors put his hand in the pocket of my jacket. I did not say anything cause I was drunk and maybe he has companion around who support him. Also I remember how someone forget the phone on the table on the street near the Belge Caffe, I have ask the bartender to grab it to prevent the possible theaf. So, in 25/12/2017 I promise to create this app to one of the person whom phone have been stolen. And here it is the short guide for new comers in new places. In fact, these rules could be applied anywhere you traveling. I do not want to harm anyhow reputation of the Giraffe or Cafe Belge, but it is better to know that this could happen with anyone anywhere.
