This PalApp is designed for the cancer patients, who are admitted, diagnosed to have cancer, received cancer treatment and discharged from oncology wards. The chronicity of the disease, the adverse effects of the treatment and alterations in physical, psychological & social milieu results in various manifestations like Fatigue, Loss of Appetite, Nausea & Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Insomnia, Dyspnoea, Dry Mouth & Mouth Sore, Pain, Bladder and urinary problems, Hair loss, skin changes and problems, infection, memory changes, bleeding problems. These manifestations and issues can be addressed and managed with the help of PalApp.

PalApp ensures continuity of care by offering supportive care services after discharge.

The App helps you (Cancer patients) to carry out the self-assessment of symptoms severity (condition). Based on this the App provides the management guidelines that varies from simple home based care, referral services or If the symptoms are severe the patients can come immediately to the hospital and consult the doctor.
