RiscBal-App 是由巴利阿里群岛自然灾害和紧急情况观测站 - RiscBal 开发的应用程序，提供有关巴利阿里群岛洪水、森林火灾、重力运动、干旱和破坏性风暴的实时信息。
该版本的RiscBal-App正处于测试阶段，主要使用环境监测网络RiscBal-Control。目前，30 个 RiscBal-Control 站每 10 分钟更新一次降雨、土壤湿度和气温信息，42 个 AEMET 站每小时更新一次降雨和气温信息。同样，位于洪水风险显着的急流中的 55 个 RiscBal-Control 水文监测站每 5 分钟就会收到一次水位信息，以及这些监测站和路网危险地点的 2 小时预报。因此，在出现风险时，它会发布黄色、橙色或红色警告通知。
