Your hacker is a professional googlehead you can tell by those googly eyes that are spying and prying.  This is a google app and from what ive read you have to know its permissions to replace with another app after you delete and uninstall all the rooted apk stuff.  Im just learning this **** but thats what i got for you, hope it helps a little.  Basically as long as were forced to purchase google preloaded phones and are forced to keep google play then its a losing battle because of google plays WIDE VARIETY of security bridging interfaces.

I too am being hacked. All of my permissions are graded out as well. Along with that my Google account (multiple accounts now) are being mirrored and act as if they r me. All of my apps are overlays of different apps. ALL! 
Everything that I have been thinking was a default app is not and the actual permissions are about 40 pages long. They include kill switched rewriting all info, backing up my deleted apps. Double emails. They can modify my system settings, make calls and texts use any of my previous credit card info without me saving it. It has ruined my life! This is the 7th phone in 6 months. I finally started to resort to the lowest form of smart track phone with prepaid carrier cards so I wouldn't have to use my wifi. It doesn't matter what device or or phone I have. Theyare all syncing and talking. I got rid of all my devices expect this current track phone and some how even with no SIM card or SD card in my garbage devices they are still logging into my accounts! I have been completely shut off from the world. I'm being recorded and videoed constantly. I going to to get another cheap a** burner phone today. I have talked with all types of technical customer service agents and they are all saying the same thing. I will never be able to own any smartphone or any smart devive  again. I don't know how to stop it. Even as I write this, someone is trying to stop me. My phone will be killed in a sec and all my current data as of today will be wiped cleaned.I'm going to the police, but because whomever see what I'm texting or doing or recording conversations or using my android auto against me (even though I disabled it) and all location permissions in my phone apps, they disappear when I try to show anyone and as soon as I get called crazy, my phone shuts off comes back on and its all there again. Every picture, screenshot and video I take is immediately downloaded to somewhere and it's gone. I had all my memories erased, been blocked from every account that I have ever had and when I try to create new fake accounts they all just come right back on or it's being mirrored as me! It's literally driving me crazy. I'm being told by everyone I'm crazy, I'm seeking professional counseling help over this s****. It's literally ruined my life, my finances and mines relationship, my kiddos, parents and friends relationships as well. I'm even on a leave of absence from my career because it attached itself to my work computer and infested the entire system. I can't do anything anymore. I need help!! Hopefully this makes out...
