We are a super easy to use restaurant staff scheduler for hassle free viewing of schedules, requesting time off, trading shifts and work time preferences. Customized shift reminders delivered by text message or email remove the stress of forgetting when you need to work.
Schedules Made Simple was created to help you, a busy restaurant manager or worker, reduce the time and frustration of scheduling. Our mobile application connects with the schedules created by the SchedulesMadeSimple.com web application.
You must have a login to the web application to create or view schedules, however the web application is totally free for smaller restaurants. With SchedulesMadeSimple.com managers easily create schedules using a drag-and-drop editor which shows the preferences and unavailability times that you set in your mobile app. When the schedule is published you can be notified by email, text message or both.
If enabled by a manager, you can request changes to your schedule even after it is published. We coordinate the communication between workers and managers to remove the frustration and uncertainty involved in schedule changes.
