Teachers can rapidly find the exact content they need, combine it into original sequences and assign it, turn it into print-outs or create presentations in a single click. Beyond productivity gains, Pencil’s AI also suggests content to help each student thrive individually based on over 1,000 data points. Administrators and school leaders need clear, up-to-date information about how students are doing and what teachers are doing. When teachers and students work in Pencil, administrators can see individual or aggregate information for student performance by class, subject and more. They can see whether teachers are using easy or difficult assignments, whether there’s a gap in needed materials without waiting for a teacher to ask, or view teachers’ presentations and follow along with their assignment workflow.
