Transport for NSW will be trialling Park&Ride Prebooked car parks, allowing those who want to prebook a parking spot the ability to book ahead before travelling on public transport.

Simply book a parking spot in advance with the Park&Ride Prebooked app.

Guaranteed parking for 18 hours from just $10* when you book a spot with Park&Ride Prebooked.* All you have to do is use the Park&Ride Prebooked app to book your spot, complete a public transport journey by tapping on and off using an accepted Opal card, then use that Opal card when you exit the Park&Ride Prebooked car park. Additional parking fees will apply if you do not take a valid Opal trip.

Please note that public transport trips paid by contactless cards and devices are not yet recognised for Park&Ride car parks and Prebooked Park&Ride car parks. Use your Opal card to pay your public transport fare and validate your parking.

About Park&Ride

Park&Ride car parks offer up to 18 hours free parking each day on a first come first served basis. All you need to do to is complete a trip on public transport with an Opal card, then use the same Opal card to tap again as you exit the car park.

Park&Ride Prebooked is a trial designed to free up more parking spaces at commuter car parks when they would normally be full. It provides peace of mind of a guaranteed parking space at any time that suits you.
