On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Law of Kazakhstan

This Law determines procedure for conclusion, performance, modification and termination of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

International treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be concluded, performed, modified and terminated in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the generally accepted principles and norms of international law, provisions of the international treaty itself, Vienna Convention on right of international treaties, this Law and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
