Karo Sambhav is a tech-enabled, environmentally beneficial and socially responsible Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO). The Karo Sambhav Plastics app is for resolving the plastic waste problem of India. The fundamental aim of Karo Sambhav is to make recycling a way of life.

Incubated by members of PACE, Karo Sambhav Plastic project aims to direct all recyclable materials away from the landfill by 2025. Around 30 leading FMCG brands came together to form India’s first producer-governed and owned PRO.

Karo Sambhav is making it possible for people and institutions to responsibly recycle their plastic waste post consumption. We partner with industry associations, pollution control boards, municipal corporations, NGOs, informal sector waste pickers, collectors and aggregators, responsible recyclers, and co-processors across India.
