Therefore, we created the KARE Roomdesigner App – a fascinating adventure with advanced Augmented Reality! Play with it and try thousands of KARE 3D-models! Place them in your space with help of Augmented Reality. Just try that extraordinary sofa, the beautiful shelf or the fancy carpet. KARE’s new Roomdesigner App gives you the opportunity to try before you buy!

KARE’s Room Designer App uses ARKit and is compatible with iPhone 5s and newer. See below for iPad compatibility.

This is how Augmented Reality works:

With the help of the camera of your iPhone, you can place your dream furniture into your space. Turn and move the furniture and find the ideal place in your home.

1. Start the app and scan the floor. The floor was tracked as soon as the KARE logo appears. Ideally, hold your iPad or iPhone in a height of about 140 cm

2. Select your favourite object by tapping on it. Afterwards the model appears in the camera image and you move and place it in the room with a tap. One finger moves the object, two fingers turn it. You can move an article up or down with three fingers.

3. For full-screen mode, tap the screen

4. For a screenshot tap on the camera icon, the screenshot will automatically be saved in your photo archive

5. Remove objects by tapping on „Delete“


6. Tap on „product information“ and get all details about a product


7. send your shopping-cart to the nearest Kare Shop or share it on your social networks

In addition, the APP offers a planning tool! Plan your room with furniture, lights and home accessories. And exactly with the dimensions of your room, doors, windows and the desired colours for floor and walls.
