HUX is a food based business run by former Masterchef Australia contestant Jay Huxley based in Sydney, New South Wales.

We have three points of focus - HUX Grill, HUX Bistro and HUX BBQute. We use fresh, local products to create everything from pub classics, to Modern Australian dishes. Our services include casual dining at HUX Bistro, formal dining at HUX Grill, and gourmet catering on the move with HUX BBQute.
