Divide and Conquer! Each task will be finished in sections, the timer helps you to stay focus. After some time, you will start to setup short-term goal for each section.

Focus to do are free to use. You can use the To Do List and Section Timer to help training up your working habit, or use the Statistic feature to understand you working behaviour. The goal of Focus To Do is to help everyone to achieve more.

- Define your tasks

Your tasks can be a small one or a large one. We recommend setting tasks that can be achieved within a day.

- Clear distractions

Before you start a section, close your social network page, power off your game console, turn your phone into silent mode, etc.

- During your task sections

Focus and try to achieve a short-term goal in each section.

You can always end a section by pressing the back button even the time is not up yet.

- Finish the task

Press the square to finish the task.

- Review

Reviews and adjustments are important. You can check your sections history and also the statistics to see your working behaviour. Adjust your tasks and section limit if needed.
