The Summon App from Chauffeur Connect gives front of house hotel staff the ability to electronically communicate with its network of car service suppliers. It enables them to manage their driveway flow by keeping in touch with taxi and limo driver contacts off property through a visual map display, and a quick messaging system.
It also allows drivers to book a position in an electronic line up via the Driver App in order to be available for quick response to on demand requests.
Any messaging between staff and drivers remains confidential even when connected to the management dashboard. Only driver profile information is uploaded to management.
The Summon App is available for mobile devices and tablets.
