The Bladder Strategy App is designed to help you understand and overcome your bladder issues.

The App has been designed by a long term sufferer who took control of his bladder issues by recording when he went to the toilet and what supplements he was taking. He was able to use this information to give to his family practitioner and also use the log to understand how to control the urges to pee.

With this experience and knowledge the Bladder Strategy App was created. It is designed for both men and women to use and provides a simple log facility that enables the sufferer to record every time they go to the toilet, then review their log. There is a series of after questions about flow rate and urgency and based on App’s algorithm it generates 2 conclusions, one for an Overactive Bladder and the other for Enlarged Prostate. The conclusions contain useful tips on how to overcome these issues.

If you upgrade to the premium version you can log your fluid and supplements monitoring any effects these supplements have on your bladder, caffeine recording for example is one important diuiretic. You can also download your toilet log to your email address. This diary can be used to show your family practitioner to help diagnose the problems you are having.
