The British Blood Transfusion Society Annual Conference offers three days of information, inspiration, and collaboration, bringing together delegates from around the globe to share ideas, learn from peers and develop professional contacts.

The comprehensive app will provide a quick and easy way for delegates to access a wide range of information at all times. The app will include:

- a detailed agenda with the ability for delegates to create their personalised agenda and plan their time effectively

- the ability for delegates to save all conference research abstracts to their own device, with the ability to access all information offline

- full profiles on all exhibitors

- information on all social events including a Quiz Night and Gala Dinner

- a notes feature to allow delegates to create and save their notes to their own personal device, complying with UK Data Protection Laws

- interactive floor plans to allow delegates to navigate the venue with ease

- personalised push notifications to provide delegates with specific information relating to all aspects of the conference

- a live media wall allowing delegates to share images and comments, allowing for networking and live interaction

The app also operates as a hand held audience response system to allow delegates to take part in debates, discussions and ask questions.
