"Balanced Scorecard (BSC)" is an app that allows you to create and manage individual Balanced Scorecards on your mobile device.

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) allows you to:

- Create and manage different Balanced Scorecards

- Track the overall progress of the different perspectives/dimensions

- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the different perspectives

- Update the KPI-Attributes and progress permanently

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategy performance management tool, that can be used by managers to keep track of the execution of activities by the staff within their control and to monitor the consequences arising from these actions. Also the Balanced Scorecard can be used by private persons, to define their individual goals with matching Key Performance Indicators and track their achivements over time.
