Certificate for Administrators and Representatives (Legal P. or Entity)

This application assists the user during the process of obtaining the digital certificate (request, verification and download) through the public electronic office of the official certifying authority (SOURCE):

DESCRIPTION:

With this Wizard you can easily and comfortably obtain the digital certificate from the device for:

1- Administrators (sole or joint and several) through:

- Digital certificate of natural person (of the administrator)

- NFC reading of DNIe 3.0 (of the administrator)

2- Legal Person Representative through:

- Verification of identity in the Accreditation Office of the Certification Authority.

3- Representative of Entity without legal personality through:

- Verification of identity in the Accreditation Office of the Certification Authority.

Important information about the "Representative Certificate" of FNMT (SOURCE) (National Mint and Stamp Factory) ":

The FNMT-RCM issues three types of representative certificates that are qualified in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of July 23, 2014, regarding electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market.

Important: Representatives who are sole / joint administrators of the entities should NOT request a legal person representative certificate. They must request the sole or joint administrator certificate.

1- FNMT Certificate for Sole or Joint Administrator:

Sole administrator will be, as its name indicates, when there is only one administrator. On the other hand, joint administrator can occur when, with more than one administrator, they are not jointly. Joint and several administrator is one who can make decisions on his own, without needing the concurrence of the will of the rest of the administrators. Consequently, a joint administrator will be the one that requires the consent or signature of the rest of the administrators in order to exercise their functions.

This certificate is issued to sole or joint administrators as representatives of legal entities for their relations with public administrations and in the contracting of their own goods or services or those related to their business or ordinary traffic.

This certificate can be obtained by: public limited companies (A) and limited companies (B) if the representative of the company is a sole or joint administrator correctly registered in the Mercantile Registry.

2- FNMT Certificate for Legal Person Representative:

It is issued to natural persons as representatives of legal persons for use in their relations with public administrations, entities and public bodies, linked or dependent on them.

3- FNMT Certificate for Representative of Entity without Legal Personality:

It is issued to natural persons as representatives of entities without legal personality in the tax field and others provided for in current legislation.

This certificate is issued to natural persons as representatives of entities without legal personality for their use in their relations with those Public Administrations, Entities and Public Bodies, linked or dependent on them.
