With the new Celular Seguro, you have control over how to act in situations of robbery, theft or loss. The application is your tool to quickly and efficiently communicate these incidents to partners, enabling the blocking of the telephone line and integrated services, such as bank accounts, as long as this is selected by the user when issuing the alert.

The app brings a new visual identity and offers the user two different ways to issue blocking alerts: "recovery mode", which allows you to block the phone line and partners separately, and "total blocking", which includes blocking the device (IMEI), as in previous versions. The "recovery mode" functionality does not render the IMEI useless, which allows the cell phone to be enabled again on the network, facilitating its recovery by police forces.

In the event of an incident, the Celular Seguro features are also available on the internet at the linkcelularseguro.mj.gov.br.

What's new in this version:

Version 2.1 allows the user to issue more than one alert for the same line. To do this, simply register the number again to issue a new alert, in case another situation arises that you want to protect yourself from.

In addition, it has the new “Restricted Cell Phones” consultation option. The new functionality allows you to consult the IMEIs of restricted devices in the Anatel database. The base includes, among others, the IMEIs of devices that issued alerts through the “Total Block” option of Celular Seguro. Alerts coming from the “Recovery Mode” option are being integrated and, therefore, are not yet present in the database.
