Using Shine, you can give rate to another people near your current location or you can find them manually based on their current school. Furthermore, Shine provide a list of top schools that contains top popular student. Shine shows the top school with every Shine authenticated inside it.

Shine is very easy and entertaining to use, here’s how it works: Shine gets your current location using gps, then Shine will gives you the list of people and their school to vote. You can give vote from 1 to 10, and then Shine will shows you another person. Or, you can open the Top School from the navigation drawer and then Shine will shows you 20 schools with the most average popular student.
