which issue? the one that causes people to get incredibly frustrated, yet spend thousands upon thousands of dollars anyway? (that's the one i hope to  fix, at least for myself) arguably, neither we nor scopely could have anticipated the nearly 1.5 yr global semi-shutdown that has been this pandemic. having said that, i wouldn't "guarantee" anything after what has happened in the time since your comment (but i too often wonder how scopely keeps it going).
