Did you link some kind of account like Twitter to it?
Cause if not then there is no way for the game to identify your device as the same you used before.
Since apkpure isn't like Google play where it automatically links your account to Google on everything installed, that's the only possible way. 
If you start the game, on the first screen you see, there are three account options, use one of those to link your account, then that should not happen anymore
