Version 1.4 Allows 10 times as many results, plus introduces a new "Exact Item Name" search type so you can search for items without prefixes or suffixes, such as Dye Ampoule but not Metal Dye Ampoule. 1.4.2 extends this further to add in Exact Seller Name searches and additional optimizations.
