Improvements and fixes including:
Reworking of some IAP handling - fixes several issues with ski map list ( missing pricing information, potential missing entries etc. ),
Better communicating to the user the edge cases where a user that scans a QR invite cannot join a group ( such as they are already a member of the maximum number of groups ).
