Rohingya Quran Trial

Translation of the Holy Quran into the language of Muslim minority of Arakan.

The project of Rohingya Quran aims at translating the Holy Quran into Rohingya Langauge. Rohingya is a Muslim minority from Arakan state of Myanmar, who are considered according to UN, the most persecuted minority of the world and a victim of genocide. This is the first attempt of its kind. The Rohingya people, due to long exposure to systematic genocide, they could not pay attention to other cultural and education activities, as their survival is in a critical condition.

The current app is a trial version of just eleven short surahs (the first one and the last ten surahs). We will keep updating and developing the app until the full Quran is completed.
