The Pfizer Meds App is designed to help patients keep track of the medications they are taking.

This App includes:

• MyMeds: a list of active and completed medications;

• Medication profile: Medication information, dose and administration information, refill notices;

• Reminders: Ability to set reminders to take your medication;

• Progress tracker: Information such as when you last took your medication and how many pills you have left.

• History: Ability to export a list of the medications you have taken, when you took them
