1. First, stop bad habits, and turn to science assemblies, to listen to advice and warnings, threats and suggestions, and lessons about stories of righteous people. Because all of that can soften the heart and heal it quickly.

2. Second, remembering death. Namely, often remembering the breaker of all pleasures, the separation of congregations, and the cause of children becoming orphans.
