① Open Chrome on your Android smartphone
②Tap the other icons on the top right > “Settings”
③ Tap "Privacy Policy and Security" > "Delete browsing history data"
④ Select “All period”
⑤ Check the "Cookies and site data" checkbox and uncheck all other checkboxes.
⑥ Tap "Delete data" > "Delete"
*If you are logged in to any service using Chrome, you will be logged out as data is deleted.

・This app can be used by customers with au Denki contracts and one family member (*) who has been invited via family sharing.
*To use family sharing, you will need your family's au ID.
- Electricity usage may not be displayed correctly.
・Electricity charges are displayed as approximate amounts.
・Customers who do not have a smart meter installed will not be able to receive some push notifications.
・Depending on the type of smart meter, communication environment, or area where you live, received data may be lost, and the following events may occur.

・Customers in the Kansai Electric Power area and Chugoku Electric Power area will be able to use the au Denki app functions approximately one month after starting use.
