Tylock Eye Care and Laser Center is a refractive surgery based ophthalmology practice that specializes in LASIK and Cataract procedure. The practice is lead by renowned ophthalmologist Gary R. Tylock M.D., and offers the latest in all laser IntraLASIK technologies with the Allegretto FS 200 & Allegretto Eye-Q 400 Hz laser systems. These two lasers work together to make both steps of the LASIK procedure safer and more accurate than it has ever been in the past. Dr. Tylock served as a clinical professor for University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas for over 20 years teaching cataract and lens implant surgery. This is the same technique that is used to implant the Advanced Technology Implants such as the Crystalens AO, ReSTOR, ReZOOM and TECNIS Multifocal intraocular lens implants. Dr. Tylock is the official LASIK surgeon of the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars and The Texas Rangers.
