This app is intended to help people who are suffering from the habit of nail biting and nail picking.

The first and most important step in breaking bad habits and addictions is to be aware of them.

by tracking your bad nail biting or nail picking habits, you will be a step closer to totally stop biting and picking your nails.

Our brain works by a system of actions and rewards, we just need to find the "reward" our brain is getting from picking or biting our nails (ex: relief stress or boredom, helps concentrate etc..), and find the signals leading to the action.

This is a simple app, it won't perform any magical hypnosis that will immediately fix all your problems, but it will help you help yourself.

Every time you catch yourself biting or picking your nails, open the app and add new event. you can give a name to the event by the action you our doing (ex: watching tv), and you can add some extra notes (ex: "I was stressed").

By only doing this, you will gain control over your habits, you will become aware of your actions, and you will be that closer to breaking them completely.
