This is FREE application of healing sounds. It is based on a method which use sound frequencies to the body and mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health.

This application consist of three sounds of healing :

1. ANXIETY RELIEF

According to wikipedia.org, Anxiety disorders are a group of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are various forms of anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, phobic disorder, and panic disorder. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety.This sound will help you to relief the anxiety symptoms.

Usage : play this sound with the headphone when you get the anxiety symptoms.

2. ADD-ADHD Therap

According to wikipedia.org, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) is a psychiatric disorder of the neurodevelopmental type in which there are significant problems of attention, hyperactivity, or acting impulsively that are not appropriate for a person's age. These symptoms must begin by age six to twelve and be present for more than six months for a diagnosis to be made. In school-aged individuals the lack of focus may result in poor school performance. This sound will help person with ADHD symptoms to make their brain more focus.

usage : play this sound once a day using headphone.

3. PAIN RELIEF

Pain is a signal from our body that something is not right. It can be due to a physical injury, some kind of disease, or emotional upset. Most types of physical pain can be treated with this sound. This sound can reduce or relieve headaches, sore muscles, arthritis, or other aches and pains.
