We are a 6500 sq ft gym in Marylebone, London. Specialising in Small Group Personal Training we will get you into the best shape of your life. We also offer 3 fitness classes:

BOLT

BOLT is a class designed to power your body to do more than you thought you could.

You will push, pull, swing, squat and carry your way through 50-minutes of fun fitness, all built around you and your fitness level using the MyZone heart rate belts. We use bodyweight moves, dumbbells, kettlebells, plus a cardio HIIT on the ski ergs, assault bikes and sleds to get moving, sweating and feeling great!

SURGE

When we SURGE we surge together! This class gets you moving, sweating and smashing your way through more than you ever thought possible! Empowering you to push YOUR body and YOUR energy through 50-minutes of fun fitness. In SURGE we focus on light weights and fast movement with sleds, ropes, ski ergs, assault bikes and medicine balls.

FLOW

FLOW is built around restoration of our body and mind. We FLOW together to empower change in our bodies moving our joints through slow and controlled movements inspired by yoga, stretching, breathing and meditation practices all carefully selected to relax and restore.
