Imagine that! you crossing a street and you almost get hit by a funny guy (a) who made a conversion without signaling (turn on the arrow). At that moment I would very much like to write down the individual's plaque and report it to an authority. What will be done with the information is not our problem. But his part as a good citizen was done. I think that if "he" did it once, he will surely do more, and, who knows next time, the worst: running over someone. That was just an example. How many bad drivers do we not see in our day to day? I always wonder before leaving home: can I walk 200 meters today without witnessing a bad driver?
