The ANCA score predicts the end stage renal disease (ESRD) probability

The renal ANCA score predicts end stage renal disease (ESRD) probability in patients with ANCA vasculitis. The three essential input data are the following: (1) the fraction of normal glomeruli, (2) the percentage of tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis and (3) the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) at the time of diagnosis. The calculated app output is based on a clinical trial (published in Kidney International 2018).
