Allotrac Truck provides the driver with a paperless workflow that allows them to access all their information in one place. The easy-to-use mobile application provides the driver with a guided workflow that allows them to collect the required data from both the job and the vehicle. The Allotrac Truck mobile application provides a simple way for the allocator to interact with the driver allowing them to view jobs, documents as well as information about the delivery. The real-time flow of information ensures the business has visibility over the transport operation as it happens.

Please note: The Allotrac Truck mobile application requires the Allotrac cloud-based web application and a license to utilise the software.

- Instantaneous Information: Real-time access to the job and vehicle information.

- Ad-Hoc Allocation: Make changes to the job or adjust the drivers run throughout their shift in real-time.

- Collation of Data: The drivers can be prompted to confirm the quantities and the measurement of the unit when loading and unloading.

- Dynamic Jobs: The drivers can enter loads via the Allotrac Truck mobile application should the origin and destination be unknown beforehand. The drivers can pre populate the details of the previously completed job should they be working on a turnaround.

- Compliance: The drivers are prompted to complete their pre-start checklists, load restraint checklists, risk assessment checklists, fatigue management and concessional mass limit management via the Allotrac Truck mobile application.

- Alerts and Notifications: The drivers receive a voice-activated notification when they enter a location fence to record their waiting times.

- Push Notifications: Directly message the driver via the Allotrac Truck mobile application who can receive a voice-activated notification of the message.

- Sign-on-Glass POP/POD: Allow the drivers to capture images and a signature of the pick-up and delivery.

- Proof-of-Docket: The drivers can be prompted to capture an image of the weigh-bridge docket as well as a number of the docket via the Allotrac Truck Application.

- Maps: Select either Google Maps or Waze as the default GPS navigation for traffic alerts and live navigation.

- Documentation: The drivers can view stored documents against the job, project, location, driver, and vehicle. Access to the drivers’ personal documents can be secured via a pin number entered by the driver.
