This channel facilitates interaction between the Municipality of São José dos Campos and the citizen through the use of new technologies in the provision of public services.

156 SJCampos georeferences the address of requests and forwards them to the City Hall bodies responsible for their resolution.

The application allows citizens to track the status of their request, attach photos and videos, and also be notified of updates to their demands.
