Somzz can only be prescribed through consultation and treatment at some hospitals where it is prescribed.

Somzz is a class 2 software medical device that implements Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) as a systematic algorithm on a mobile app. It provides education, real-time feedback, behavioral intervention, and push notification messages to insomnia patients for 6 to 9 weeks to increase sleep efficiency and ultimately improve the patient's insomnia.

Safety and efficacy verified through MFDS approval confirmation clinical trial

1) Sleep diary

- You can check your daily sleep efficiency by writing a sleep diary. If you write 7 sleep diaries, you can check the weekly average sleep efficiency, increase or decrease rate of sleep efficiency compared to the previous week, etc. Based on this, Soms recommends a sleep time zone that can improve the patient's sleep efficiency through sleep restriction therapy. Accumulated sleep efficiency data is provided as a sleep efficiency and insomnia statistics graph for one week through the sleep report.

2) Cognitive behavioral therapy

- It is the most recommended treatment for insomnia worldwide, and improves psychological, behavioral, and cognitive factors that persist or worsen insomnia.

- Soms is designed so that you can complete the cognitive behavioral therapy protocol by performing 'Sleep Diary' and 'Today's To-Do' on the home screen every day.

3) Today's progress

- If you complete all the education indicated in 'Sleep diary (written daily)' and 'Today's To-Do', it is confirmed that 1 out of 42 times has been completed.

4) Medical staff feedback

- When you visit the hospital for treatment, you can receive consultation with the doctor in charge regarding the results of using Somz.

The doctor can monitor Somz's App data and provide customized feedback when meeting with the patient.

5) What are the precautions when using?

(1) Somz is for patients with insomnia, and can be prescribed after consultation with a specialist (patients excluded from use, etc.).

(2) The authentication key (license) can be refunded within 15 days of receipt. (If the authentication key is not used, it can be refunded at the hospital where the prescription was received.)

(3) The Somz App is launched when the authentication key (license) is entered.

(4) The Somz App expires after 2 weeks of use after 6 to 9 weeks. (5) Only Android 7.0 or later, iOS 13.0 or later OS is supported.
