[How to use Heart Friend]

① Download and run the Heart Friend app!

② On B tv ZEM, go to the ‘My > Heart Friend Connection’ menu.

③ Connect the Heart Friend app to the TV using the QR code or authentication number that appears on the screen.

④ Feel free to use the Heart Friend service for free.

※ We are requesting only essential access permissions to use the service.

- Photos and videos: Access to photo and video files provided by the service

- Music and audio: Used to provide services

- Camera: Video shooting and shooting for comprehensive analysis

- Microphone: Recording for heart friend (chatbot) conversations
