■ Creation of daily driving report

You can easily create daily driving reports that were previously created on paper or Excel with the app anytime, anywhere. The entered data can be confirmed and approved by the administrator on the PC and downloaded as a monthly report or CSV.

■ Alcohol check support

You can enter the contents of the alcohol check performed before and after driving at the same time as creating the daily driving report with the app. The administrator can check and approve the contents of the roll call actually by himself or his agent on the PC, and download the result as CSV.

■ Vehicle reservation

Drivers will be able to easily make vehicle reservations on their smartphones at any time, preventing problems related to shared vehicles such as double booking of vehicles.

■ Data update agency

The Toyota Solution Service Center will take care of all data updates on the app due to employee transfers and vehicle relocations. Customers can use the app without hassle.
