May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you ... Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the most honorable messengers, our master Muhammad, his family and companions, and those who followed them with kindness until the Day of Judgment.

God, the Almighty said:) This is a book sent down Mubarak, follow him, and fear that you may receive mercy ((cattle: 155), also said:) said the Apostle, O Lord! Have taken this Qur'an abandoned ((Criterion: 30), and the abandonment of many kinds, including: ( Abandonment of recitation, abandonment of contemplation, abandonment of work, abandonment of hearing, abandonment of medication).

• And the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “On the night of my captivity I came to a people that licked their lips with bushings from fire. Your slave of those who say what they do not do and read the Book of God and do not act upon it. Know their meanings and work with them).

• From this point of view: God Almighty has enabled us to make this simple note - which we called: (Practical orders in the Holy Qur’an) - since it included most of the verses in which practical and ethical commandments were mentioned (from a command, a prohibition, or a guide to Good, or a warning against evil), but without mentioning the similar ones, and we also did not mention the verses that contain jurisprudential rulings (such as the ablution verse, the debt verse, divorce verses, inheritances, Hajj and Umrah, and so on) .These rulings are explained in detail in books. Fiqh, and we like to note that sometimes we put a line under the guidance found in the verse, if the verse before it was mentioned to complete the meaning only.

• In conclusion: every Muslim should implement these verses as much as possible and continue to apply them in his life, after reading their interpretation from the book: (Tafsir al-Saadi), or from the book: (The Most Easy Tafsir by Abu Bakr al-Jazaery), or from the book: ( The Facilitated Interpretation), for these verses are the practical method in the Holy Qur’an, and God is the Grantor and Help.

• We ask God, the Blessed and Exalted be He, to benefit Muslims with this memorandum, to make it sincere for His honorable sake, and to accept it from us and everyone who helps in spreading it and communicating it to every Muslim and Muslim woman, as well as those who elaborate a simple explanation of the verses, or put meanings for the difficult words contained in the verses.

We preach to those who do that by the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him: (Whoever leads to good will have a reward similar to the one who does it) (Narrated by Muslim No. 5007), and by his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him as well: (And the best of people is the most beneficial to people) (See Al Silsilah Al-Sahih: 426) .
