Federal Constitutional Law of November 6, 2020 N 4-FKZ "On the Government of the Russian Federation"

A new Law on the Government of the Russian Federation was signed. It reflects the constitutional amendments.

A new procedure for appointing members of the Government has been consolidated, providing for the strengthening of the role of the chambers of the Federal Assembly.

The powers of the Government in the field of culture, science, education, social security, family and child protection, health care, interaction with civil society institutions, and environmental protection have been clarified.
