Developed by order of the Educational and Methodological Center for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Novosibirsk Region with the support of the Government of the Novosibirsk Region and the General Directorate of the Emergencies Ministry of Russia in the Novosibirsk Region. The mobile application allows you to familiarize yourself with the rules of conduct in the event of a threat and emergency situations, as well as with the phones of emergency services.
