Young adult romance novel.

In the third part of the novel about the inhabitants of the seventh floor of a magical student dormitory building, first-year student Polina, unexpectedly for herself and those around her, discovers strange abilities, the first manifestations of which turn into serious troubles for her neighbors. Young people have to deal with the consequences of these manifestations together, and the heroine has to understand her capabilities. On top of everything else, her relationship with her loved one is being seriously tested. Trying to solve her own mental problems, she inadvertently hurts the feelings of one of the characters.
