If your management company (or service organizations) accepts e-mail readings, then this application is for you.

In the application there are two main entities - this is "Counter" and "Recipient".
"Counter" is any of the metering devices, you can create an unlimited number of them.
The "Recipient" is the organization by whose e-mail you will send the readings of the "Counters".
You can create as many "Recipients" as you want (Vodokanal, Heating Networks, Energosbyt, etc.) and send, only those readings of "Counters" that are intended only for them.
Sending is carried out through your Gmail mail. All your shipments will be in the Sent Items folder, so you can control what you send and to whom.
It is also recommended to carefully fill in the "E-mail" field when creating the "Recipient", and make sure that the readings reach the "Recipient". If you specify an incorrect address, the letter will not reach the addressee.
Templates
Using templates, you can flexibly customize the format of the readings.
Templates for each “Recipient” are different, that is, if for example “Vodokanal” requires one format, and “Electricity Network” another - then using templates you can send them letters with different formats.
Substituting into the fields: "Letter header template" and "Counter template", "short codes" together with any of your text, you can customize the letters sent to the "Recipients" format.
"Letter header pattern" - may be empty.
List of "short codes":
% full% - is replaced by “full name” from the application settings.
% address% - is replaced by “Address” from the application settings.
% counter_name% - replaced by “Counter Name”
% counter_number% - is replaced by “Counter number”
% readings of the counter% - is replaced by the readings you entered
% empty_string% - is replaced with an empty string (for example, for separation)
% date% - replaced with the current date
