Visual gymnastics to maintain vision

Okie is a mobile application that helps people maintain their vision by developing the habit of regularly doing eye exercises and turning these exercises into a game.

Exercises will help office workers, schoolchildren, students and everyone who works for a long time on a computer and smartphone, who writes a lot, reads, draws and works with papers.

Visual gymnastics reduces visual fatigue, redness, dryness, and the feeling of sand in the eyes. It improves blood supply to the eyeballs, replenishes the tear film, normalizes the tone of the visual muscles.

The set of exercises was developed by Lyubov Amkhanitskaya, a practicing ophthalmologist, candidate of medical sciences, and specialist in restoring vision.
