The app is supported on all ARCore-compatible devices running Android 8.1 (Oreo) or later. Access to the device’s camera and sensors is required for proper operation.

ARCore compatibility with your device

Our AR app uses Google ARCore to create interactive augmented reality experiences. Make sure your device supports ARCore to enjoy all the features of the app.

Supported device families

ARCore requires Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later, as well as a high-quality camera, motion sensors and a powerful processor. Below are popular Android device series that support ARCore (as of Q1 2025):

Huawei:

Pura 70, Mate 60, P40, Mate 30, Mate Xs

Honor: Honor 50, View 20, Honor 8X, Honor 10

Note: For Huawei devices without Google Play Services, install ARCore via Huawei AppGallery.

Xiaomi:

Unsupported device families

Some devices do not support ARCore due to outdated software (Android below 7.0), lack of Google certification, or insufficient hardware. Examples of unsupported families:

Huawei: Y-series (Y9 2019, Y7 2018), some budget models without certification.

Xiaomi: Mi 5, Mi 6, older budget models (e.g. Redmi 6A).

Oppo/Vivo: Budget models such as Oppo A37, Vivo Y53.

Others: Devices without a gyroscope or with low-quality cameras (e.g. Lenovo A1000, ZTE Blade).

How to check compatibility

Make sure your device is running Android 7.0 or later.

Check for ARCore in the Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery.

If ARCore is not supported, the app may run in a limited mode without AR features.

User Tips

For Huawei: Download ARCore from Huawei AppGallery if Google Play is not available.

For the best experience: Use flagship devices (e.g. Xiaomi Mi 15, Oppo Find X8) for the best AR performance.

Updates: Update the app and ARCore regularly to support new devices and features.
