"Active Citizen" is a service for residents of the Orenburg region, which allows you to interact with executive authorities and solve specific problems without filling out paper documents and looking for the necessary authorities.

The mobile application allows you to send a message about uncleared garbage, snow, traffic problems and much more in a couple of taps.

Advantages: the process of transferring messages is automated - the system itself determines which executor needs to transfer them. Responsible persons receive messages, respond to them, prepare answers about the work performed, the answer, after checking by a single edition, goes to the user. This allows you to respond to messages from citizens within 10 working days.

When the responsible agency makes a decision on your problem, you will receive a response by e-mail, in your personal account or in the "Report problems" section. You will be able to rate or challenge it.
