This mod lets you shift to dimension where all blocks around are diamond.

They are valuable but they are also extremely rare. To build the portal you will need 14 diamond blocks. As you activate the portal the world around you will turn into a world of diamond blocks and ores. To force every block around you to change you need to first turn down your render settings in the game options to zero and then turn it up to maximum.
