This is means without communication, you cannot even think about a part of development. (2) Communication Makes Room For A Healthy Organizational Relationship: Communication plays an effective role in any organizational setting in that it helps the employer understand the role and challenges of the employee, while on the other hand it assists the latter to recognize its one roles and responsibilities. For example, the employer has to know how the job is being executed by the employee. For that, the employer must have to communicate every sector in the foundation.
